As a third-year computer engineering student at Iowa State University in Ames, Iowa, my university education has included courses extensive in electrical engineering, embedded systems, digital logic, and software application development. As a collegiate competitor, I am actively involved in the ISU Gaming & Esports Club. I have also participated in the Society of International Engineers and the Information Assurance Student Group.Outside of school, my professional experience has included several roles that have developed and honed my skills. Most recently, this includes my position as a Systems Engineering Intern at Collins Aerospace. I was the lead designer and developer of a database application that tracks hardware assets for internal use. I have also had roles in the construction, information technology, and retail industries, expanding my professional skillset.My educational goals include gaining a BS in Computer Engineering, with a potential for graduate school, and my professional goals are to be an essential asset to a company that values its employees and products' quality to the highest degree.
