As the Head of School at Tabernacle Christian School, I lead and manage the operations, finances, policies, and personnel of a K-12 private school with 400 students and 50 faculty and staff members. I also serve as the legal counsel and advisor for the organization, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations, and handling contract negotiations, litigation, and risk management.I have more than 15 years of experience as a licensed attorney in Alabama, specializing in personal injury and estate planning. I have successfully represented many clients in various courts and mediation processes, securing favorable outcomes and settlements. I have also held the position of Chief Operating Officer at a large law firm, where I oversaw the business development, marketing, human resources, and administration functions. I hold a JD from Cumberland School of Law and an MBA from the University of North Alabama, with a focus on executive management and leadership.
