In my position as Sales Manager for Radiator Supply House, I head our sales team and look over our customer relation department. I make sure our customers our satisfied to the best of my ability as well as make sure my salesmen have and understand the correct tools they need to be able to satisfy their customers.

In my position, I began as a desktop technician troubleshooting and repairing computers for all faculty members, including the Dean of the University. I was later offered a position on a special projects refresh team. My responsibilities on the Campus Refresh Team included exchanging older PC's systems with new updated systems. During this process I was constantly called upon for my knowledge and skills for upgrading Eudora email to Outlook email. I was also entrusted with administrative rights and permissions for the schools network servers.
