I was responsible for the storage, testing, requisitions, and disposal of all gear and equipment for the fire station. I was responsible for 5 million dollars of equipment and there maintenance. Empty, sanitize, and maintain grease traps by using mobile pump unit in restaurants and stores. Operate F-250 in a safe manor to multiple locations to perform tasks. Assist with shop maintenance when all stops were complete.

Responsible for the preparation of food for customers at the highest standard. Train new employees as well as cross training current employees to ensure all employees could work multiple positions in restaurant.
