I am leading our Singapore Facade team and has been in the industry for more than 20 years. I started out working for a couple of facade contractors on site and in the fabrication line. As a consequence, I have extensive hands-on experience of all processes at both site and fabrication in the façade industry, that gives me a broad base knowledge on design, production and site issues. With this broad-based knowledge of the façade systems and processes, combined with my exposure to various building owners over the years, I gained an edge to tailor specific strategies with stakeholders to complete projects in a cost–efficient and timely manner.I have experience and exposure into commercial, retail, residential, hospitality projects and retrofitting existing buildings, dealing with complex free-form geometry façades, including developing Façade Access and Maintenance Strategies for new built and existing buildings, and involvement with sustainable façade design, to achieve sustainable Greenmark targets.
