Oversee and direct all aspects of the hotel operational departments which include: FO, HSKP, Eng, Sec, Spa, Rec and F&B. Knowledgeable of and fully understand Hilton’s standards and regulations of QA, HACCP, Public Area Sanitation, D&C, Safety and Security Audit, Engineering Audit, Swimming Pool Audit, TwP and Light Stay, taking lead to successfully run those project and program from pre-opening up-till now. Collaborate with HR, CD and Finance to maximize department and hotel performance and revenue, and cutting cost. Standing in GM’s role when GM is not around.

Supervise FO, HSKP, Eng, Sec, Spa, Rec F&B and other relevant operating departments. Play teamwork for the Maximization of revenues and profits, minimization of operation costs, and maintain service standards at a high level.

Maximize department revenue by meeting and exceeding department upsell and cross sell target and minimize department cost.
