Mr. Perry has prepared expert witness testimony on a $6 million claim related to a major Virginia recreation venue, and construction of two facilities of the Virginia university system. He has also provided engineering and schedule analyses for the owner of a large concrete bridge in defense of a $40 million claim filed by the construction contractor. Mr Perry has prepared detailed schedule analysis, claim rebuttal documentation and affirmative counter claims for an owner of a large theme park. Mr. Perry also provides consultation on property and casualty assignments and designer standard of care issues and is IPS' lead surety consultant. He specialized in problem project evaluations and the takeover and turn-around of problem projects.

Inspection of a 33MW steam turbine generator, condenser, auxiliaries, turbine bay crane and turbine bay building structure Assistant manager for boiler services department. Home office assignment involving proposal preparation, planning and scheduling, job set-up including tooling requirements and pre-bid and pre-award meetings with prospective clients.Other experience includes Field superintendent. Supervision of 200 craftsmen on fossil power plant maintenance outage, project completion, client coordination and administrative closeout.
