It Support Analyst Iii
CurrentSpecialties: * Sales office and regional, corporate offices turn-key commissioning. * Project Management* Resource management, people, vendors and equipment in a South East region.* Vendor relationship Management.* Training and education of internal IT personnel * New technologies testing and implementation.* Remote support over Internet, phone and onsite.* LAN, WLAN, WAN Support and installations.* Cisco Meraki network devices implementation and support.Other duties:* Support and assist internal end users environment and remote/off site users* Tier level 3 support of all IT hardware to include break-fix, configuration, installation* Asset management for all IT hardware to include desktop/laptop pcs, peripheral devices, network printers/MFPs, and VOIP desk phones.* Manage email accounts for end users MS - Outlook client* Remote, phone, over Internet and onsite technical support for End users* Work with vendor support contacts to resolve advanced technical issues* Work with internal procurement to assess functional needs to define and purchase best equipment solutions* Train and orient end users on basic pc and/or application operation* Support all Microsoft and third party applications* Coordinate and support all internal user moves* Provide detailed documentation and communicate precisely with team as required* Prioritization of help desk work load and assigned project tasks* Review open problem tickets daily. Follow up with open incidents.* Identify/Complete problem and escalate to appropriate area(s) of responsibility as needed* Communicate with IT Support staff/management to discuss problem status, policies, procedures, and documentation.* Install, troubleshoot, upgrade, commission and decommission a wide range of network and telephone hardware and software for Century Community’s office offices in South East region.* Supporting end users with use of cloud based VoIP (Teams)* User support and MAC with Active Directory
