Ocean Operations – Senior Officer, DB Schenker, S.A., Loures (Portugal)• Communication Tower of Tender Clients: full responsibility for all communication of the Ocean Product for a Tender account (Moviflor). This role included follow all ocean shipments from this customer, whether these were import, export or cross -booking; as well as get acquainted with the respective follow up the sale. This task implied coordination between colleagues from different areas and team spirit to achieve all objectives;• Control of all X -Trade shipments of Schenker in Lisbon: documentation issuance (BL), etc.. These shipments were of various origins, however, their destination port were mostly Angola;• Operational Set-up of Sea import for customer VOLKSWAGEN, corresponding to quality with an efficient service of transport and logistics strategy;• Consolidation Control weekly box of Israel/Setúbal: container stuffing, booking with the shipping line, routing control, preparation for Customs procedures and delivery to the final customer;• Experience with the procedures of USA shipments (AES filing and Anti -Trust Law);• Coordinating logistics operations, cross-docking, in/out of bonded warehouse and its Customs procedures;• Controlling shipments arrivals and deliveries to factories (such as Visteon, Ogma, Tyco Electronics, Embraer, etc.) whether full boxes or part loads;• Cargo Leads with various routing orders; Full containers, consol. box Far East (direct service) and Less container loads;• Sending quotations to Schenker agents and its respective follow-up.

. Control of Import Shipments. Consol. Box (direct service). Consol. Box (service in transit). Contact with shippers/c-nees, carriers, fowarders, NVOCC in order to obtain the best Tailor made service, adapting it to each customer needs. Insurance and damage cargo follow up

. Payment of suppliers and receivables from clients. Financial Reports

.Stock Management of clothing stores: reports and inventory. Visit to Showrooms to choose clothing collections and accessories based on both fashion, taste and sales trends. Procurement of new highlights to keep the stores "cutting the edge". Price stablishment: working together with the General Manager in order to offer the best competetive prices. Fairs visit and commercial networking. Focus on the best price/quality ratio. Payment of suppliers
