Advising on appropriate apprenticeships (including appropriate funding/grants available), up skilling, health and safety and business improvement technique courses, consultancy services and Client management, sales and marketing and event planning.An independent training provider specialising in the Engineering, Manufacturing, Automotive and Aerospace industries.Working remotely from my home in Cornwall and out in the field visiting West Midlands based clients as a B2B sales advisor, my role is to identify training needs within companies and to assist and advise on products, grants and funding. Courses vary from engineering/manufacturing apprenticeships, open courses including a wide variety of health and safety programmes, BIT and quality assurance, up skilling, IT and NVQ's.. Office and field based, I manage my own diary and appointment calendar.. To work to set monthly targets.. I proactively seek out new business by cold calling and visiting new companies with literature in the view to speak with key people.. I am tasked with marketing the company using social media advertising, event co-ordination, including setting up and running regular local business partnership networking meetings. Creating in house campaigns to motivate non sales staff to participate in providing leads.. To liaise with local school careers personnel to speak with year 10-11's whom have shown an interest in the industry.. To raise quotations and programme delivery schedules for courses to be delivered.. To Client manage my own clients and support those who have joined the Group training association. Making monthly contact with said clients to check on progress and establish any further needs or support they may require.. To liaise with apprentices, where applicable, to monitor their progress and support with any issues or concerns. Show less
