Hello! I am a seasoned art and media director with 20+ years of experience and a passion for cinematography and visual arts. I am energetic, outgoing, naturally a leader, and enjoy working with a team to achieve goals with a knack to motivate and inspire other team members. Obstacles are viewed as satisfying challenges rather than setbacks to me, and I do not give up easily. I enjoy planning and finding a solution, fixing problems efficiently and creatively. As a manager I do not micromanage but instead prefer that my team be independent and self-sufficient. I am dynamic in this approach. I love the complex and big picture, and am all about getting to the desired goal as quickly as possible.
