Ocean Operations – Senior Officer, DB Schenker, S.A., Loures (Portugal)• Communication Tower of Tender Clients: full responsibility for all communication of the Ocean Product for a Tender account (Moviflor). This role included follow all ocean shipments from this customer, whether these were import, export or cross -booking; as well as get acquainted with the respective follow up the sale. This task implied coordination between colleagues from different areas and team spirit to achieve all objectives;• Control of all X -Trade shipments of Schenker in Lisbon: documentation issuance (BL), etc.. These shipments were of various origins, however, their destination port were mostly Angola;• Operational Set-up of Sea import for customer VOLKSWAGEN, corresponding to quality with an efficient service of transport and logistics strategy;• Consolidation Control weekly box of Israel/Setúbal: container stuffing, booking with the shipping line, routing control, preparation for Customs procedures and delivery to the final customer;• Experience with the procedures of USA shipments (AES filing and Anti -Trust Law);• Coordinating logistics operations, cross-docking, in/out of bonded warehouse and its Customs procedures;• Controlling shipments arrivals and deliveries to factories (such as Visteon, Ogma, Tyco Electronics, Embraer, etc.) whether full boxes or part loads;• Cargo Leads with various routing orders; Full containers, consol. box Far East (direct service) and Less container loads;• Sending quotations to Schenker agents and its respective follow-up.

Ocean Operations, Portocargo Transitários, Lda., Lisboa (Portugal)• Control of Import shipments: establishing contacts with shipping Lines, cargo leads and routings, updating consignees. Preparation of Customs clearance and what is needed before the arrival of Ocean/Feeder Vessels, whether the Customs clearance was in Lisbon, Rotterdam, Algeciras or Valencia;• Opening of files and controlling the arrival of containers: invoicing and deliveries;• Consol. box Far East (direct service);• Control. box Far East (service in transit );• Internal transport coordination;• Contact with shippers, carriers, forwarders, NVOCC , shipping companies in order to obtain the best service, adapted to the needs of each customer, aiming to obtain the best service, adapted to the needs of customers;• Insurance and damage cargo follow up;• Sales leads to the Sales Department: contacts to expand business;• Quotation for spot clients and its follow-up.
