• Turnkey Project (Mechanical).• Working experience on solidworks, AutoCAD and Creo 8.0 (sheet metal, part modelling) modeling platform.• To assist R&D department for design and product development.• Regeneration of 3d model and assembly from old drawings or reverse engineering and cable routing.• Preparation of GA drawings, layout drawings, Flow schemes, P&ID.• Design of screw conveyors and belt conveyors as per CEMA STD. • Design of sheet metal ducting, manhole door, material storage hopper and material sizing mill.• Preparation of 3D model parts with parametric modeling in Solidworks, parts assembly and 2D drawings as per manufacturing point of view with application of GD&T and Creating BOM of assembly in solidworks. • Review and validate 3D assemblies of mill in solidworks and tolerance stack up analysis.• Good understanding of industrial standards. (IS and ASME codes). Having good knowledge about drawings, dimensioning and tolerance standards.• Design and developed of dust collection equipment’s Bag Filter, Cyclone, ESP.• Conduct design review DFM, DFA with vendors and Coordination with project department and vendor review for manufacturing status. Establish design approach, estimate time for execution and schedule the activities.
