Responsible for supporting the wider Human Resources team with talent acquisition activities, I have gained exposure to the full recruitment lifecycle in a fast-paced, first class HR environment. Working to support a number of business managers with various campaigns, including a high volume project to recruit 30 retail team members, I was tasked with the management of all advertising, screening, interviewing, onboarding and induction for new employees. Additionally, I supported a business critical project to deploy a new HCM system, SuccessFactors, performing hotline duties as a product expert to provide support to all end users and resolve queries. • Supported SuccessFactors (SAP) PMs in the collation of user queries, identifying trends and documenting prevalent queries to speed up resolution timeframes;• Received recognition for research and analysis supporting diversity strategy planning, providing insight into variable factors regarding the cost vs. return of recruiting international talent;• Selected to take on the high-profile interim role of providing executive administration support to Woolworths Group HR Director, on the basis of positive attitude and meticulous work standards.

In this role, I provided administration assistance to support the safety and risk division with the implementation of management of internal drugs and alcohol policies. Additionally, I oversaw the injurynet process, processing all required data to provide short term medical compensation and completing return to work summaries. Another key part of this role was updating risk registers, managing correspondence and providing secretarial support to arrange and take minutes at stakeholder meetings. A fantastic opportunity to gain exposure to recruitment policy and employment law, a lot of this role was compliance focused, suiting my meticulous approach to detail in all aspects of my work. • Facilitated a job share arrangement with a hearing-impaired colleague, aligning strengths with job specification to deliver a comprehensive covering arrangement;• Designed a number of excel spreadsheet templates to enable correct recording of data for the injurynet program;• Trained incoming administration manager on injurynet processes prior to moving to Talent Acquisition role.

A retail based role, I was tasked with ensuring a positive customer experience at all touch points in the in-store customer journey, from store entry to checkout. Making sure all stock was merchandised to high standards, priced correctly and clearly and that areas were clean and met H&S requirements, I also worked at the checkouts, politely greeting and making conversation with customers. Handling cash and stock control were also parts of this role, which I always carried out with a high level of attention to detail and due care.
