▪ Part of the team responsible to update the performance’s data and software of the company, including:‣ BPS and PET for landing and takeoff;‣ Eloadsheet for Weight and Balance;‣ FPM-Sabre for Flight Plan.▪ Analysis of the data generated in the systems to optimize the aircraft’s performance;▪ Developer of VBA’s systems to automate processes in the operation;▪ Use of cost index concepts to create a model to save fuel during the flight;▪ One of the responsible for the implementation of a new and modern EFB in the company’s fleet. The tasks included the management of iPads’ installation in the cockpit and the operation of the new apps from Jeppesen (FliteDeck Pro, Aviator, and JDM) using MDM;▪ Management Aircom Server from Sita;▪ Use of R programming language for data analysis, mainly for fuel-saving (data from the flight plan, FOQA, and LDS).

A Stochastic Model of Tumor Dynamics: Simulating the Driver and Passenger MutationsSummary: The understanding of the tumor process as an evolutionary process that occurs in a tissue has an important implications for basic research and clinical medicine. Thus, developing a computer platform to perform simulations to assess the importance of different types of genomic mutations in the evolution of population size has a great value. Therefore, from the Galton-Watson stochastic process was created a model of dynamics cells population containing driver and passengers mutations in order to determine how many driver mutations are necessary for the development of a tumor, and what is the relationship between driver and passenger mutations.
