Lead the application development efforts for PSS. I worked directly on a US Department of Transportation client project by leading the product R&D team, including: Building an enterprise-wide data portal with live analytics and GIS/mapping for more than 140 databases so uses could directly interact with the data in web interfaces and Web applications. I designed and built the content management framework, integration points between the CMS and the live data analytics service and ESRI GIS web services, and lead the data modeling team. Used information architecture, persona, extensive usability testing, and user-centered design as the foundation for the application and services.
