About Iris Plaisier-Van Der Wal

Waar ik energie van krijg? Communicatie - Advies - Samenwerken - Coaching & Training. Hoe zou ik mijzelf omschrijven? Flexibel, nauwkeurig, zelfstandig, vriendelijk, sociaal, teamplayer, nieuwsgierig en een doorzetter. Tijdens mijn opleiding Communicatie heb ik door studie, schoolprojecten en zeker ook de stage, veel geleerd. Zo is een stage in de zorgsector ontzettend interessant en leerzaam geweestNa mijn studie kon ik meteen starten bij Bitcare en Humanwave in Delft. Voor deze twee labels deed ik een aantal maanden de marketing en communicatie. Vervolgens heb ik de keuze gemaakt om middels een Traineeship op het gebied van Informatie- en verandermanagement mijn kennis en vaardigheden te verdiepen en verbreden. Vanuit dit Traineeship ben ik de afgelopen jaren in verschillende organisaties werkzaam geweest. De overeenkomst in alle opdrachten is/was: veranderingen, communicatie, advies, trainingen, processen en samenwerking.
