My professional objective is the coaching of Young Leaders so that they can fully develop their talents.Passion for people with intensive focus on motivating and coaching young leaders.In a demanding and quickly changing business community, self-knowledge is a very valuable but underestimated competence.Apart from self-knowledge, the showing of authenticity is very important: leadership from the heart, being brave, demonstrating backbone, taking care of yourself and being able to compose and lead a team.Due to my business background and my professional coaching training, I can evaluate and anticipate the needs and questions of these young leaders.My professional management experience makes it possible to get through to the core, quickly and efficiently.As their coach I am a sound board, a confident, a sparring partner and an inspirer.As their coach I offer them an enlargement of their perception so they will experience certain situations in a different way in order to react more appropriately to change.I truly believe that "better" leaders take better care of the mental and physical well being, and the engagement of their personnel.
