My biggest passions are innovation and capability building. The harder the problem is to solve, the more that I want to sink my teeth into it. Luckily, I've had the chance through my years at Procter & Gamble to work on some pretty incredible things: 1. Engineering a brand new manufacturing process for a revolutionary absorbent material that was multiple decades in development. I was granted my first patent for solving how to manipulate this very sensitive material without damaging it. 2. Process development on the most complex manufacturing converting platform in all of Procter & Gamble globally. This young platform had significant reliability and stability issues, and I had to solve how to reliably produce the newest and largest product ever made on this platform. 3. Leading a $100M building capacity expansion during the peak of the COVID-19 pandemic. I had to learn how to keep a team of hundreds of employees and contractors safe while executing a major construction with new details about the pandemic and safety protocols emerging every day. I love to see people grow and develop. I don't get any satisfaction from winning alone. I have built equity by stepping into leadership of an organization and transforming the culture to maximize the potential of the entire team - no one gets left behind. I cultivate direct and personal connections with every member of the team both for coaching and for staying in touch with the organization. I enjoy facilitating training sessions and have travelled around the world to lead workshops. Seeing people that I have invested in flourish is why I come in to work every day.
