My biggest motivation is to industrialize Cell and Gene Therapies, to make them accessible to patients. To achieve this I am working at Lonza Netherlands, a contract development and manufacturing organization (CDMO) for Cell and Gene therapies. I am a Scientist II in Process Development at Lonza Netherlands (former PharmaCell). Within process development we aim to accelerate development, as well as as scale up to reduce the costs of Cell therapies. Additionally I am coordinating R&D projects for Lonza Netherlands.My background is: I am a biomedical engineer with 7 years experience in Regenerative Medicine and 3 years in Cell Therapy. My main skills are: Process and Assay development, Bioreactors, Technology transfer to GMP, Spreadsheet and software validation.
