In my current role, I am responsible for enhancing operational workflows. I facilitate the daily production meetings and have worked on the implementation of various streamlining tools such as Salesforce and Google Workspace for our office operations and order tracking. My communication skills ensure seamless coordination across departments.I completed my MBA in Supply Chain Management in January 2024. In that course, I gained theoretical knowledge of various aspects of SCM & Logistics. My project was “A Study of Circular Economy Practices in the Construction Industry.” Working in the construction industry, I realize how it varies across different types of construction. For example, our specialization in modular construction drastically minimizes waste compared to traditional cement construction methods. It is immensely important to adopt the circular economy principles in the construction industry. Overall, as an advocate for sustainability, I realize the importance of the circular economy and sustainable practices in construction and other industries.Prior to my current position, I worked at Schneider Electric in Order Management field. My experience in the logistics field started as a dispatcher at an Indiana-based trucking company.
