I cooperated on a four-member team, including the founder and co-owner, to process 15+ orders daily. My daily tasks involved, developing promotional items to enhance customer satisfaction, filing invoices and calling companies and customers for efficient order processing and pick up, stripping, cutting, and taping screens for screen printed jobs, filing art work, counting in items for processed orders, setting up and trimming out embroidered jobs, and engraving name plates, trophies, plaques, medallions, pens, and drinking glasses.In this position I procured communication and customer service skills by taking orders.

My tasks included being coordinator for two squads, totalling 45 girls ages 6 to 18, choreographer for competitions and performances, assisting with travel, fundraisers, and other event planning , and being a mentor to the members of the squad.
