I am an immigration and nationality attorney with a focus on employee-based and family immigration law. I represent individuals and companies at the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), the United States Department of State (DOS), Embassies and Consulates. My primary focus is advising and preparing Extraordinary Ability nonimmigrant and immigrant petitions, including O and EB1, for individuals who demonstrate extraordinary ability in science, art, education, business, or athletics. Additionally, with a background in business and economics, I bring an edge to nonimmigrant Treaty Investor visas (E2) as I understand the insights of building and/or buying a business in the US. With my combined knowledge of business and immigration, I steadily guide investors to fulfill the complex federal requirements.Through Family Petitions, I have reunited countless families. My concentration lies in filing immigrant petitions from U.S. citizens to their parent(s), spouse, sibling(s), and children.
