Before this, the company produced only courses, but this project made it possible to offer an advanced service;Managed project of Bashkortostan history (100+ interactive lessons, VR, AR, video, and integrations to educational electronic system). It was a very important project for the company in total and for ME in particular (it demonstrated that we were able to work with different types of content, combining it to achieve educational goals considering students' age);Based on in-depth and experts interview and received feedback from teachers and education officers from demo days:suggested a project that could be used to cover all school physics and could be developed in 2-3 months (before it ME included only 3 topics);managed development of an educational course for teachers on how to use innovative products in lessons;was actively involved in planning a project for teachers on how to work with bullying (was paused because of lack of resources);Managed preparation to apply for an educational license (the company had to have it to better promote ME). The Client used it as a guide in the management of the Contractor;Built a process of construction part reports preparation (could not use cloud services because of Samsung security requirements). During the work, every report (approximately 70 weekly and 17 monthly reports) was sent to the Client before the deadline.
