• Lead the salon staff team in providing excellent services and maximizing salon profit• Manage day-to-day operations of the salon including opening and closing procedures, staff behavior, and customer intake procedures• Resolve customer complaints and provide solutions to staff disputes

⦁ Present, promote and sell water park products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective guests⦁ Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships⦁ Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services⦁ Responsible for providing friendly, efficient and informative service as well as accurate transaction operations

⦁ Answer customers' questions, and explain available services such as deposit accounts, bonds, and securities⦁ Refer customers to appropriate bank personnel in order to meet their financial needs⦁ Interview customers in order to obtain information needed for opening accounts or renting safe-deposit boxes⦁ Inform customers of procedures for applying for services such as ATM cards, direct deposit of checks, and certificates of deposit

⦁ Maintains the smooth running of an office through a variety of administrative and clerical duties. Handle office schedules, coordinate meetings and visits, organize files, answer phones and perform a huge array of other essential tasks.
