Draw in Revit 3D models and execute renderings of interior spaces for residential and commercial use, where we sought to highlight the application of materials.Recognize materials, colors and lighting for interior uses and their correct application in wet areas, such as bathrooms and kitchens, and rest areas, such as bedrooms and living rooms.

- Design of all interior spaces, execution of rendering for customer approval. - 3D Revit model and constructive planimetry for coordination with other disciplines.- Structural coordination and execution of construction details for the construction stage od the project

- Drafted detailed drawings of structures, specifying dimensions and materials needed for the collaborators in charge to do their quantity and budgeting processes.- Review of contractors' schedules and submission of drawings and samples for compliance with all processes associated with the design, licensing, structural dimensioning and construction stages.- Coordinate, review, submit adjustments and observations to the technical designers, until approval, validating that they meet the quality and design standards established by the company. Confirming that the construction conformed to the plans and designs.- Plan, verify and control the programming of the activities in my charge and my work team to achieve the company's objectives.- Accompany and follow up my work team in order to detect processes to be improved in order to deliver to the clients on the established dates.- Verify compliance with all requirements made by management and customers, detecting and correcting in a timely manner any deficiencies in the information produced, complying with the corresponding regulations.- Assume the role of BIM Modeler of the projects under my responsibility, verifying and executing that the models comply with the standards stipulated for the phases of construction license planimetry, architectural details, supervision and redesign of the project.

- Draw and review plans ensuring they contain the necessary information to start the construction phase. - Perform 3D modeling and rendering of the interior and exterior spaces of the project for initial presentation to the client.- Review and coordinate structural and technical drawings with architectural plans, ensuring consistency and making necessary modifications prior to final approval.- Verify compliance with all requirements made by management and customers, detecting and correcting in a timely manner any deficiencies in the information produced, complying with the corresponding regulations.
