Current• Drive managers to execute the development agile process, ensuring business needs, technical best practices, and operational viability.• Have a strong business relationship with América Móvil, working with multiple stakeholders to create, drive, and prioritize roadmaps for products such as Mi Telcel app, Mi Claro app, OTTs (Netflix, Disney, Claro Video, etc.)• Lead the product owner´s team to develop the product vision in short, medium, and longterm, resulting in increased efficiency, a better end-user experience, and a consistently managed backlog per country.• Manage the Q&A team responsible for certifying product quality before delivery, improving quality and reducing errors.• Provide guidance to the operational team to ensure the service performance, through analyzing and monitoring traffic trends of multiple API´s.MARCH 2020 – CURRENT• Responsible for the Software Architect team, which provides technology solutions, ensuring alignment to business strategy & considering emerging technologies.• Accountable for the communication between product owner´s team and architect's teams translating the needs of one area into practical and actionable items for the other, improving team efficiency and alignment.NOVEMBER 2014 TO FEBRUARY 2020• In charge of the applications team, responsible to develop the new features of the application,• Accountable to understand the client needs and collaborate with the software architectural team to create the low-level design according to specification to provide and develop complete applications within deadlines.
