I am a Canadian Yoga Alliance 230hr Certified- RYT based out of Coquitlam, BC. I was trained by Jai Yoga Studio in 2022. I enjoy sharing my passion of Yoga as it brings much healing to the mind, body, and soul. I teach Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin & Restorative style in a compassionate and energetic matter.Yoga came into my life at a time I so desperately needed it. Over the years I dabbled into to it from time to time but wasn’t ever really a fan, I use to think it was mainly for stretching, it totally proved me wrong! After many months of practicing daily, Yoga for me was a form of therapy……it was helping me develop a more profound relationship with my true self. YOGA is a journey that inspires greater understanding of the true self within and I would love to help others as much as it helped me.I feel so thankful how much Yoga has inspired me to live a healthy balanced lifestyle, as well as showing myway to live and love life in pure BLISS!
