I am currently studying journalism and looking at new opportunities in ‘Voice Over’ work within radio and media.I have worked as a Travel Consultant and in Sales Management now for more than 12 years, and I enjoy working together with my team and I also work well achieving my own goals.I am motivated, goal driven and would reach KPI's successfully each week.I was the top sales person in my team for many years, reaching KPI's and maintaining return clientele due to creating relationships, trust and rapport.I believe a successful business overall starts from being organised, having strong, clear and positive communication within the immediate team, overall company and the clientele, listening to clients and staff and asking the right questions.Also keeping teams interactive so they are present, aware, growing and driven to succeed for themselves as well as a team.A motivated and happy workplace will achieve greatness and stand out from the crowd and hopefully others will be inspired to grow and do the same.I welcome the opportunity to work as part of a team for a fantastic organisation where there is long term growth and continued education.Vanessa Brown
