StartDate is dedicated to delivering this to training organisations to drive more enrolments and in return; revenue. StartDate is an innovative online platform that directly links Big Businesses and individual candidates with RTO’s across Australia.

Responsible for creating, implementing and driving the overall marketing and sales strategy for the Australian Recruitment Division of Harness Energy. Sourced new business opportunities and built strong working relationships with these clients to become their trusted supplier of choice for their recruitment needs; Managed several blue chip clients portfolios to the highest standard; Delivered quarterly and yearly business plans as well as, weekly and monthly reporting to the Senior Leadership Team. Daily recruitment of personnel for Harness's labour supply pool to ensure we can assist our clients as quickly as possible;Plan and conduct new employee orientations to develop strong company culture and foster positive and meaningful working relationships;Detailed record keeping in terms of employee details; such as insurance, promotions, performance reviews, terminations, and employee statistics for government reporting (relating to training).Oversee the coordination of internal training for both Harness full time and casual employees, including keeping detailed records for government funded programs such as Skills DMC;Represented Harness Energy at personnel-related hearings and investigations; and Oversaw and assisted with obtaining Harness Energy's Labour Supply Agreement which enabled Harness to recruit international specialised oil and gas contractors to work for our clients here in Australia.

To source new business opportunities and build robust relationships to deliver strong, commercially viable outcomes for Harness Energy Services; To create and develop effective strategies to assist Harness Energy Services with building profitable and mutually beneficial outcomes; To execute strategies by developing effective methods of communication streams via telephone conversations, emails and marketing collateral; To source appropriate marketing opportunities to tap into a passive audience that Harness is not currently capturing;To communicate effectively with the internal and external stakeholders to ensure Harness continues to deliver the highest standard of training and performance as a team; Effectively mitigate and manage any complaints and issues that arise with our clients, ensuring the best outcome for all concerned parties; Working with internal and external stakeholders to deliver new product offerings to the highest standard;Looking at internal business improvement methods to ensure that Harness Energy Services is viewed as an Australian leader in the delivery of Well Control, Safety Inductions and Drilling Competencies. Managing external and internal events including expos and forums; and Creating and developing marketing material for Harness Energy Services.

Create comprehensive advertising and communication proposals and presentation both proactively and in response to agency briefs and client requests;Collaborate with internal stakeholders to target lapsed clients with creative advertising and communication strategies;Effectively manage client advertising activity from negotiating rates, positioning and creative; limitations to ad specifications and final communication delivery and post analysis;Manage agency and client expectations in relation to key business activities;Consistently meet and exceed individual and team key performance indicators;Negotiate annual senior client contracts;Regular meetings with clients to manage campaigns and discuss relevant opportunities; Growing existing revenue streams from allocated agencies base and looking for new opportunities to develop our service offering;Management and reporting of key accounts on a weekly, monthly, quarterly basis to senior management; and Build strong and positive relationships with allocated advertising agencies and direct clients, converting these relationships into mutually beneficial outcomes.
