I’m an Emmy-winning TV producer/showrunner with over 15 years of experience producing unscripted TV. I’ve led production teams of more than 200 to execute creative for many top-rated series on broadcast and cable networks, including ABC, CBS, FOX, ESPN, and MTV. I’m also a start-up founder and entrepreneur and consult on advisory boards for tech start-ups.As a producer, I’ve led all phases of the creative process, developing formats, managing production in the field, supervising editors throughout post-production, putting high-confidence teams together, and implementing workflows to deliver projects on time and within budget while maintaining high production value.I’ve also had the opportunity to work on multiple international productions, including in Singapore and Dominica, where I led teams to train local producers and expand the production talent market in these regions. Most importantly, I’m passionate about mentorship and encouraging high performance by promoting a positive, collaborative work culture where my team feels safe and heard. Aside from my TV background, I’m an entrepreneur – in 2015, I founded Sunbox Inc., a company specializing in smart kiosks filled with healthy, locally sourced food options for workers on-the-go. In less than a year, I secured a patent and went into production on the kiosks. I structured revenue generating partnerships with FOX, The Honest Company, and the cities of Los Angeles and Beverly Hills; and received Mayor Garcetti’s Small Business Association Award for Innovation.
