I organize and provide firm training on conflicts and ethics issues. As Sub Committee Ethics Chair of the firm’s Corporate Transparency Act Executive Committee, training now includes the implications of the Act on business intake. I routinely advise lawyers on ethical issues that arise in the practice of law. A member of the firm’s Ethics Committee, I am responsible for establishing, implementing, and maintaining policies and procedures that impact more than 475 lawyers in 15 offices across eight states and an office in the District of Columbia. I am the lead lawyer responsible for the implementation, continued monitoring, and updating of the firm’s intake, conflicts, and ethical wall software systems enabling the firm to efficiently manage incoming legal work while meeting and exceeding those ethical guidelines that govern the practice of law. -
