Manages the planning, organization and daily operations of the administrative activities of a complex ambulatory clinic practice. Develops, implements, and monitors programs, policies and procedures to ensure the highest quality of patient access through effective supervision of staff, operational efficiency, and best utilization and productivity of staff. Develops, interprets and applies departmental policies as they relate to the daily operations of patient access. Assists in planning of personnel and workflow optimization for the continued growth and development of patient access. Leads ongoing change management initiatives as it relates to the platform that patients access our treatment and care areas through scheduling and registration.
