Manufacturing Division Dallas, Texas• Provide supervision to the quality assurance department which consist of planning, scheduling, developing, and coordinating the day-to-day laboratory activities of the QA inspectors• Monitor and audit the quality inspection testing on all incoming packaging components and finished goods for conformance for inventory allocation• Quality Liaison to packaging operations and the contract vendors both domestically and internationally. • Responsible for the in-process and aesthetic quality of approximately 80-90% of all MK and contractor production and have an integral role in the supplier certification approval• Assist with capturing processing deviations, investigative actions, and root cause analysis within the in-process of packaging production and QA so that proper training can be established for corrective and preventive action to ensure process efficiency and turnaround• Monitor and process the daily quality assurance critical inventory releases for MK Global Inventory Control to ensure timely shipment of the inventory to the branches for allocation• Supervises the quality improvement function (such as experimental design, line-trial interfaces, stability re-characterization, etc.) by identifying problem areas, collecting data, analyzing data, engineering changes, and implementing improvements which increase quality and reduce manufacturing costs.• Knowledgeable of the established specifications in the Quality Operation laboratory environment such as the Laboratory Quality Procedures, of the Lab Safety procedures, of USP/NF procedures, of GMP/GLP compliance, EPA/EPD compliance, and of FDA compliance to maintain proper quality assurance within the laboratory and packaging operations• Assist in developing operating budgets and manage resources within the department

Manufacturing Division /Flint River Quality Operations Albany, Georgia• Provide supervision to hourly employees (8 lab technicians) on shift which consist of monitoring work production of the shift, relating issues and changes to the factory personnel, the shift supervisor, and lab manager, auditing and approving sample results to the factories for production, issuance of OOS’s/QO Alerts if needed, providing instrumental troubleshooting assistance to the technicians, completing procedural changes and training, and maintaining the responsibilities as shift process chemist for production• Perform physical and chemical analyses on factory process samples to ensure process control is maintain during production • Knowledgeable of the laboratory instrumentations and analytical techniques such as liquid chromatography (HPLC), gas chromatography (GC), capillary zone electrophoresis, atomic absorption and etc. for proper analytical analyses. Perform instrumentation calibrations and PM/PV testing when needed.• Responsible for reviewing/auditing and reporting results of tests for conformance with the requirements of established quality standards for factory production.
