I consult customers on design and product selection. I excel in interior design elements including sofa configuration according to room measurements, colour selection and expertise in relation to leather and fabric benefits and characteristics. Moreover, I am responsible for administration including sales reports, customer service and receivables.My interpersonal skills enable me to mentor new staff, suggest improvements to store operations and generally operate as a productive and positive team member. My excellent sales figures demonstrate my dedication and success in the field. For instance, in February 2014, I achieved double the amount of sales expected. Also, in 2013 I was awarded the PLush Shooting Stars award for achieving excellent results for the year.

As store manager, I oversaw operations of the Nunawading store for six years. Responsibilities included monitoring my staff members' sales figures to ensure we met budgets, visual merchandising, mentoring staff, all administration at store level, stock control, meeting Key Performance Indicators (written sales), traffic strike rate, Gross Profit, and employment cost. Whilst managing Dare, I increased store average to become one of top three stores in the company.
