Since 2004 I have worked in private practice as well as community health. In 2009 I moved into tertiary education whilst maintaining work as a private practice dietitian.In 2010, Jemma Watkins (paediatric dietitian) & I opened 'Discover Health' which was an extension of the private practice I was currently operating.In 2012 we opened 'Elite Health', which aims to provide sports nutrition, training and coaching for both recreation & elite athletes.In 2023, Peak Health & Nutrition was born, incorporating all that Discover Health/Elite Health had to offer but with additional services available.The team at Peak Health & Nutrition bring a great variety of expertise and enjoy meeting people on their journey to better health & exploring the many aspects of food, nutrition & psychology that can guide them towards their goals. With 4 great location throughout Melbourne and a large multi-disciplinary team including dietitians, psychologists, OT’s, dog therapist & GP’s. Personally, my areas of dietetic expertise include sports nutrition, eating disorders (incl. family based therapy), food allergies/intolerances and optimising nutrition.
