About Vanessa Bushell

I am passionate about raising conscious awareness and helping people to release emotional patterns that cause suffering. I am also interested in transcendental psychology, as it pursues a real understanding of spiritual practice and what is actually happening beyond the tangible.I have produced a guided mindfulness meditation CD 'Experience the Freedom Within', developed and facilitated workshops including 'Surf the Waves of Emotion' and am writing a book on working with and honoring emotions in Western culture. I write regular editorial for the magazine 'Holistic Bliss', have writing newspaper features for the 'Coolum News' and regularly release blogs through my website and social media.
