• Support the development and expansion of key accounts by scheduling appointments and addressing delays or conflicts with shipper and distribution centers to ensure timely delivery of all products while providing excellent customer service. • Manage, log, update, and adjust daily orders utilizing the company’s internal software program.• Facilitate and maintain constant communication between customers, distribution centers, and carriers to update necessary pertinent information. • Collaborate with the rest of our operations team, account management team, and carrier team to ensure consistent and clear action across all accounts.
