Production Executive
Current• Managing the production cycle for all brands and companies represented by S4Y. Reporting directly to the Operations Manager in the UK, this is a key role within the Cebu organisation with responsibility and accountability for all aspects of supplier management, and production, ensuring high standards of product integrity and administration. • Responsibility for Production. Intranet administration, commercial liaison with vendors in China, Ensuring legal, commercial and time table integrity of production. Driving successful production cycles, troubleshooting and representing the brands in all commercial and legal matters re vendors. Responsible for the overall production management.• Responsible for all administration of production: Intranet, VPN admin and manual folders online. • Working with the Purchasing and Operations Manager to communicate client requirements and maintain product integrity. Manager all QC admin requirements. Work efficiently within our intranet and company guidelines to maintain QC profile, communications with suppliers, sub-contractors and clients. Work closely communicating to vendors and manage the factory audit process. Work to improve standards and processes to strengthen internal controls and ensure integrity throughout production and QC.• To have full involvement and shared responsibility in the logistics post production. Work closely with the Sales and Logistics Executive to maintain all aspects of the critical paths
