What I do?I am an expert in the efficient savings generation field, in corporate purchases, negotiation, strategies, management and Supplier contract´s administration, modernization and efficiency of the purchasing processes and the Supply Chain. I have been Consultant for SMEs and MSMEs in El Salvador, Corporate Manager of Production and Purchases for a Food company. And I was Country Director in Purchasing for AB Inbev in El Salvador; participant in the centralization purchasing process , working for the first largest brewery in the world. A faithful believer in the segmentation of purchases, automation, strategic negotiation and value engineering that drives savings initiatives, beyond price, within an analysis of cost structures, commercial spend, packaging engineering, materials optimization and commercial specifications and techniques. I have participated in complex structure and restructuring processes successfully for the organization and for people. I love working in negotiation, especially if it's in teams.
