Main responsibilities:- Learning and Development: maintain and improve the Keyrus learning environment through various initiatives, to support career growth of employees while also allowing the company to be successful- Compensation & benefits: bonus optimisation, Flexible Reward Plan implementation- Onboarding- Manage the Agile Performance Management process and promote continuous feedback- Engagement & Satisfaction surveys- Partner with the management team to launch initiatives / follow-up and advise on talent management- First point of contact for all employees related HR matters- Administrative HR requests/issues (holidays, sickness, termination of contract & exit interview,…), - Internal HR communication
