I was an operational and Strategic Deputy Director for the newly appointed CEO in all aspects of running and managing a new national Charity. I was successful in raising over £2m per annum to run the Charity with an assistant through trusts, companies, sponsorships, high net worth individuals (including the royal family), and from patient membership fees. I set up and led on the management of a voluntary medical sub-committee and organised the internationally recognised bi-annual medical conferences in the UK. I led on setting up 4 regional offices and recruited England wide patient committees and fundraising groups. Full member of IPR group until maternity leave (9 years). (Maternity leave Dec 94-June 95)
