Complete all payroll duties and any administrative duties as needed.

• Oversee Billing Department• Make sure all billing is correct before mailing• Answer all billing questions from terminals and billing department• Keep spreadsheets and excel files for billing purposes (customer files, billing requirements, etc)• Process payments received by customers • Complete collection calls • Complete Rebilling of incorrect invoices• Data entry
