Information Security Officer and Business Continuity Liaison for Latin America, Canada and Caribbean.

 Analyze and implement computer and applications access requests as per corporate security program, policies and procedures laid down by the Bank. Investigate and troubleshoot access related problems faced by computer system users.

 Define, update and maintain the corporate information security program and all policies and procedures related to information security. Conduct periodic information security risk assessments and participates in engagements that identify and assess business and security risks, such as vulnerability assessments, penetration tests, etc. Monitor and report security incidents such as unauthorized access, unintentional/intentional data modification, inappropriate usage, etc. using internal auditing methods. Recommend actions to prevent security incidents, ensure the implementation of corrective/preventive actions, and create and update the documentation relevant to security incidents.  Participate in the internal IT audits to review the effectiveness of internal organizational controls in areas such as Operational Security, Organizational Security, Change Management, Network Security, Telecommunications Security, Physical Security, etc.  Coordinate and direct information security training and awareness programs to educate the organizational workforce on information security related risks and issues. Work with senior management to strategize IT security requirements and initiatives.  Work with senior management to oversee the contractual obligations, selection, audit and management of all aspects of third party providers who provide security related services.  Analyze security requirements, create implementation plans based on identified security needs and implement security controls in conjunction with the Security Administrator.  Provide ongoing administrative, organizational and technical support for IT staff and users on issues concerning information security.  Monitors and plan physical security for all USA branches. Assist in all Business continuity plan tests and in the activation in case of an emergency. Update and maintain Business Continuity plan in accordance with business needs.

 Optimally predetermine applicant-based credit worthiness and issue pre-qualification statements of borrower eligibility within a high-volume mortgage office, including utilizing outstanding client relations skills to collaborate with various key professional contacts (i.e. realtors, builders, community developers) in order to facilitate intelligent profit objectives and develop new business opportunities for continued marketplace presence.
