- Maintainability analyses and development for interior systems;- Direct interface with suppliers for definition and control of maintenance deliverables (CMM’s, Repair plan, GSE’s etc);- Development and revisions of maintenance technical publications (ICA – Instructions for Continued Airworthness) regarding interior systems (fire extinguishing, oxygen, water and waste, monuments and linings, emergency lighting, etc), electrical and in-flight entertainment systems (IFE) for Executive and Comercial Aviation. This work comprises system description, maintenance procedures, inspections, checks, tests (operational and functional), troubleshooting, schematics, wirings, repairs etc;- Analysis of the impacts and maintenance requirements (ANAC, FAA, EASA) regarding modifications and customers demands (PCRs, DCAs etc);- Technical support regarding maintenance issues for internal and foreign clients. Furthermore, working on duty. Expertise in answering urgent and AOG questions;- Collaboration and coordination in try out campaign (maintenance procedures validation on aircraft). Including the participation of the Authorities (ANAC / FAA), participation in Working Groups (MSG3) for definition of the maintenance significance item (MSI);- Interface with certification area and authorities to comply with maintenance requirements (CMRs, etc.);- Active participation in Integrated Product Development (DIP), including participation in international mission for studies regarding maintainability aspects during product development phase;- Analysis and quotation of impacts regarding technical modifications for maintenance manuals;- Expertise as an internal instructor regarding maintenance manuals (executive aviation), as well as training for outsourced companies regarding manual preparation and applicable standards (commercial area);- Control of KPI’s (control tower);- Participation in Kaizens, quality clinic, MFA, 5S and others regarding Lean (executive andcommercial aviation).
