An experienced HR Director in the Poultry division and accountable for approximately 5,000 workers. The Poultry division was a 750 million turnover business. It is the main supplier of chicken in the UK. Accountable for 12 sites, 9 of which were unionised. I was accountable for driving a Change agenda following the acquisition of Northern Foods in 2011. There was a period of integration and the requirement to address harmonisation of key terms and conditions across the Poultry sites.
