Working in the YoYo's and Starbucks section of Concession Sales.

Cashier role; customer service; assisting customers to find items; receiving, unpacking and stocking of incoming drug orders; scanning prescriptions out of system; checking expiry dates and shelf life of inventory, pulling any expired stock; stocking shelves; merchandising; and receiving items and adding into inventory.

In charge of the health and well-being of 30-35 course cadets and 4 staff cadets. Daily roles included writing course reports (report cards) and administrative duties (reports and forms) along with the supervision of course cadets and staff cadets.

Greeting and registering students, explaining the registration process, answering phone calls, general inquires, scheduling appointments, and general bookkeeping.

Work along side the Second Career Adviser and Second Career Clerk, performing administrative duties, pulling messages, and talking to clients in a professional manner.

With a partner, we walk students, staff, and guests across Campus in the evening for comfort and protection. We walk them to their vehicle or to class or where they need to go on campus. Once arriving at a vehicle we do a walk around with a flashlight to ensure safety.

Creating data sheets, evaluation sheets, program planning sheets, data entry, and invoicing. Proficient in Excel, Microsoft, Adobe, PowerPoint, scanning, faxing, and technical computer skills.

Responsible for the well-being of 30 cadets; taught many aviation based lessons, made sure they were successful in their course, on time to events, and ensure they had an enjoyable summer.
