Supervised the staff of Victoria Park Visitor Centre and Marina, created employee schedules and maintained the smooth running of a busy tourist site, implementing client tracking and cash management procedures. Conducted all bookkeeping, payroll remittances, quarterly HST/GST/WSIB filings and payment, application for CEWS, and all cash flow and cash handling including bank deposits and transactions.Coordinated communications for the Chamber, through email, phone and in-person contact. I used my communications skills and reasoning to provide prompt solutions for members and partner organizations.

Oversaw organizational communications including emails, newsletters, social media and website.Implemented day-to-day financial management, including tracking expenses and mileage for staff and volunteers, paying bills, and tracking staff hours.Maintained the schedule of executive staff and ensured that they have all relevant materials for upcoming events.Facilitated monthly Board meetings, including communication with Board Members and other stakeholders, preparation and distribution of detailed agendas, booking meeting space and preparing equipment, facilitating phone conferencing, and taking accurate minutes.
