- Started by being the only finance assistant in the office. - Processed all finance transactions. - Heavily involved in Sage Line 100 system setup. - Over time more finance staff recruited.- Project Managed system upgrades from Sage Line 100 to Sage 200, then from Sage 200 to Sage 200c, followed by two version updates. - Also managed a server upgrade and migration to a new domain. - Heavily involved in developing integration between quoting system and Sage 200. - Currently I oversee 5 finance staff. - I create customised reports using Crystal Reports and Excel, where I extract data from Sage 200, to create meaningful information for various departments. - Created numerous procedure workbooks for staff to use, ensuring consistency of information. - Trained as an ISO Internal Auditor- Office365 administrator - I carry out in-house training for accounts, service team and quoting team- Currently guiding a staff member through her AAT Qualification. - Abilities are: month end journals, full balance sheet reconciliations, bank reconciling, margin reporting, VAT returns using MTD, margin analysis, year end preparation of pack for the external auditors. - Weekly meetings held with my finance team to understand any issues or workload problems.
