• Responsible for 5 person payroll department processing bi-weekly and weekly paychecks for 16,000 associates.
• Payroll processing is done through Lawson and iSeries Kronos version 4
• Working to create process efficiencies within the department by setting up recurring payments and various audit reports to ensure accuracy
• Creating proposals and quotes to look into upgrading our current timekeeping system, outsourcing Wage/Garnishment payments and Tax filing to allow for online W2 production in 2015.
• Working with IT to reformat the online paycheck vouchers to be in compliance with the state regulations requiring Sick accruals to be posted for each associate.
• Working with HRIS to rebuild the Absence Management product in Lawson so that the accruals calculate correctly compared to company policies and to ensure a proper audit trail as associates transfer into and out of.

• Responsible for overseeing an 8 person payroll department and a 20 person AP department
• Payroll processing through Lawson for approximately 18,000 active associates (22,000 W2's in 2014)
• AP processes approximately 50,000 invoices per month with an annual spend of $1B
• Implemented tax filing and wage/garnishment services to ADP
• Implemented and maintain annual W2 and W2c management website
• Established written policies for manual check processes in AP and PR, created the Cash Disbursement and Travel and Business Policy for AP and worked with HR to establish and implement the severance payment process.
